We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide fast, technical, high-quality help to our customers in real time. You’ll be the front line in Slack, resolving support requests, troubleshooting issues, and helping users navigate complex compliance workflows. You’ll also partner closely with engineering and product to escalate bugs, improve our docs, and level up the overall support experience. This is not a passive ticket-pushing role — it’s hands-on, technical, and dynamic. You’ll be a hero to our customers and a critical bridge between them and the product.
