About The Position
Firefly's Cloud Infrastructure Automation Platform enables organizations to automate, manage, and govern their entire cloud footprint with IaC. Agile and efficient cloud practitioners use Firefly for its AI-assisted remediations, streamlined IaC orchestration, and a unified system of record for Cloud Asset Management. With Firefly, Platform and DevOps teams can finally uncomplicate their cloud, while accelerating cloud innovation and maintaining security and performance at scale. At Firefly, we're looking for a Solutions Engineer who will join our global sales team and who's as excited about helping customers as they are about building solutions. You'll be the technical voice of the customer, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a smooth journey - from the first technical demo to successful production deployment and beyond. This role is focused on pre-sales solutions engineering while supporting post-sales implementation, perfect for someone with a DevOps or cloud engineering background, a startup mindset, and a drive to make things happen. The role is open to any candidate based in the PST or CST timezone in the US.
