About The Position
The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for providing direct customer support, including but not limited to managing new product introduction, advanced system integration, legacy product support and technical problem solving in support of Sales. Additionally, the Position will fill the role of Customer technical advocate to the Company's engineering organization.
