About The Position

This role is focused on providing technical leadership and solution expertise to enterprise sales teams, ensuring the successful delivery of digital experiences for large-scale customers. The Solutions Engineer will partner closely with sales and customer success teams to identify technical requirements, develop proofs of concept, and implement scalable solutions. You will consult on enterprise architectures, integrations, and platform strategies, translating complex technical needs into value-driven solutions. This position requires strong communication skills, hands-on technical experience with WordPress and related technologies, and the ability to support sophisticated sales opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence across diverse enterprise clients. The role offers a collaborative, remote-first environment with exposure to high-impact, innovative projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or related technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business models, content distribution, and audience engagement
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP, or enterprise technical consulting
  • Demonstrated experience building proofs of concept and leading technical demo presentations
  • Experience working with account teams to develop solutions for complex sales opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively
  • Located in or able to work in the United States (priority), Canada considered

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to qualify opportunities based on technical requirements, competitive landscape, and business drivers
  • Identify and solve customer challenges proactively through technical consultation and project management
  • Build and deliver proofs of concept, demos, and technical presentations tailored to buyer personas, verticals, and business priorities
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, acting as the primary technical resource for account teams
  • Recommend enterprise architectures, integration strategies, platforms, and infrastructure for successful solution deployment on cloud environments
  • Train and enable sales teams on technical offerings and best practices to support consultative selling
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring technical success and adoption of solutions
