About The Position
Join our dynamic Solutions Engineering team supporting State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers. You'll collaborate with customer engineers and top-tier Cisco partner engineers to deliver innovative solutions across a range of environments including K-12 schools, hospitals, research universities, libraries, utilities, and state governments. Our team values collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning, empowering you to both mentor others and grow your own expertise. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal pre-sales technical role, partnering with Account Managers and Account Executives to design, recommend, and deliver tailored customer solutions. Your technical expertise, consultative approach, and industry knowledge will help drive Cisco's customer success in the SLED (State, Local & Education) market.
