About The Position

This is a strategic, pre-sales role designed to accelerate our enterprise growth by guiding prospects through technical discovery, evaluation, and proof-of-concepts. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales to demonstrate Mintlify’s value, remove technical blockers, and help close our largest customers. This role works cross-functionally with sales, product, and our CEO to ensure prospects see a clear technical and business case for adopting Mintlify.

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles with a record of winning enterprise deals
  • Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to prototype and tailor demos
  • Comfortable with prompt engineering to script, analyze, and showcase customer-specific use cases
  • Ability to translate technical depth into business impact for diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills — able to run multiple complex evaluations simultaneously
  • Strong eye for design and storytelling to make technical demos compelling and memorable

  • Experience with RFPs, enterprise procurement cycles, or complex sales motions

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to deeply understand their documentation workflows and pain points
  • Design and deliver demos and proof-of-concepts that highlight Mintlify’s value and differentiation
  • Partner with sales to shape deal strategy, address technical objections, and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Serve as the technical voice during evaluations, ensuring stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) are aligned
  • Gather and communicate prospect feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market priorities
  • Track and optimize pre-sales processes to shorten evaluation cycles and increase conversion rates
