About The Position

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with practical development experience to support solution design, pre-sales activities, and project execution. This role focuses on designing solutions and engaging with clients, utilizing hands-on implementation knowledge. This opportunity is available exclusively to individuals with current or prior development experience, and candidates without a direct development background are not eligible. ・Engage with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and prepare proposals, demos, and estimates ・Lead requirement gathering, design scalable architectures, and translate business needs into technical solutions ・Support project delivery by collaborating with development teams, reviewing designs, and assisting with UAT and go-live ・Apply hands-on development experience for solution validation, prototyping, troubleshooting, and technical decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on development experience from scratch
  • Familiarity with the full system development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in client-facing positions
  • Background in preparing proposals and estimating project efforts
  • Development experience in Python or .NET
