At Harmonic, you'll be: Working with Account Executives and Account Managers to scope technical requirements and design solutions Helping customers integrate Harmonic into their tech stacks (CRMs, data warehouses, automation platforms, internal tools) Building proof-of-concepts, custom workflows, and prototypes to solve specific customer problems Explaining technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements Enabling the GTM team on new features through training and documentation
