Transitioning to a Specialist and Post-Sales focus, the Senior Solutions Engineer delivers technical presentations, provides support, and executes billable services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Technical four-year degree, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external.
  • Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.
