Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a business analyst, project manager, or solutions engineer.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team, Cyber Security team, and other stakeholders to conduct regular assessments of business-critical vendors' cyber security profiles, reputations, and financial risks.
  • Proactively monitor contract renewals with business-critical vendors, providing data-driven renewal recommendations to the business.
  • Ensure audit readiness by maintaining comprehensive documentation of business-critical vendor compliance with cyber security and business practice standards, providing evidence to auditors as needed.
  • Conduct business process assessments, analyze data, and develop recommendations for process improvements, system changes, and organizational changes.
  • Gather requirements for new systems, facilitate comparative analysis of technologies, and design solutions to address business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technical solutions, including software development, data analysis, integration, and reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure project success and track business performance, providing regular project status updates and recommending improvements.
  • Serve as the primary IT liaison for existing business processes, ensuring seamless support and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize implemented business solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with end-users to monitor and assess the ongoing performance of implemented business solutions, identifying areas for improvement and recommending necessary adjustments.
