About The Position
Vasion is looking for a Solutions Engineer that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 300+ employees worldwide, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah. The Solutions Engineer will be the primary technical resource for new sales. They will be responsible for post-sales, partner, and professional services implementations. They will be responsible for actively driving sales and managing the technology implementation of our software. They provide a broad range of expertise to analyze, propose change, and determine its effectiveness from the perspective of the customer. At each phase, they must be able to identify and remove technical barriers to implementing company software. Solutions Engineers must be able to articulate the technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. In all cases, they must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the implementation cycle and promote customer satisfaction.
