The Solution Engineer is an integral member of our B2B customer account team, specializing in applying Shure's innovative AV and IT solutions to address client needs. This role is responsible for generating demand through prospecting, qualifying, educating, and proposing tailored solutions that support our clients’ evolving requirements. Success in this position requires strong communication and teamwork, foundational technical knowledge of AV/IT systems, experience in relationship-based sales, and a commitment to achieving business growth objectives. This is a growth-oriented position focused on developing technical and customer-facing skills, actively supporting senior team members, and building expertise in AV/IT solutions through hands-on experience and continuous learning. This will be a remote positions in Minnesota, specifically in the Twin Cities.
