About The Position

Are you a collaborative builder who enjoys working on API integrations, custom solutions, AI platforms, LLMs, and innovative AI model deployments? Then you are the right person for this role as a Solutions Architect for Seekr, where you will partner closely with our commercial teams to help customers unlock value. We are seeking an AI Solution Architect dedicated to helping customers implement AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities. You will help grow our commercial enterprise sales by empowering data scientists to train AI models rapidly, responsibly, and sustainably. You will also support businesses looking to unlock value through our AI solutions, by accelerating their time-to-production and creating efficient solutions. The Seekr team of sales executives and solution architects will be front and center addressing the market with technical demonstrations, content use cases, and networking to help developers understand, adopt, and advocate for our AI platform suite. We’re looking for top architects, system and software engineers capable of promoting ML, Generative AI and other techniques to design, evangelize, implement and fine tune existing and new problem solutions. Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges, develop tailored solutions, and present technical concepts clearly and effectively. This role demands both strong hands-on technical experience with AI/LLM technologies and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges enterprises face in adopting AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 6+ years' professional experience in a related field, with significant exposure to AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
• 3+ years of experience as technical architect or system/software architect.
• 3+ years of experience hosting and deploying ML solutions (e.g., for training, fine tuning, and inferences).
• Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-level AI-driven solutions, including hands-on expertise with AI and ML frameworks, Azure/AWS AI Stack, LLama, JavaScript, React, and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in driving system architecture development across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with leading Generative AI models from providers such as Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, and Amazon.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities for analyzing and addressing complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences, including customers and stakeholders to capture Solution Aware and Active Problem-Solving customer engagement targets.
• Experience in responsible AI practices; familiarity with Trustworthy AI principles is a plus.
• High proficiency in technical writing, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Strong working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics preferred.
• AI/ML Expertise Demonstrated with AI/ML technologies such as python, LLMs, jupyter notebooks, algorithms, and data structures.
• Certifications in Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Become a Seekr technical product expert, acting as the interface between our product team, internal stakeholders, and the client facing sales teams.
• Support the sales pipeline and growth strategy by leveraging our Go-To-Market materials, cross-functional collaboration for streamlined target of AI problem and solution aware prospects.
• Implement hands-on development and integration of the Seekr Generative AI technologies, guiding the sales process from conception to successful sales closure and deployment.
• Partner closely with the Sales Executives and speak at developer-focused events, both online and offline, and be the face of Seekr’s own developer-focused events.
• Provide regular, structured feedback to our product team based on customer and community insights, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
