About The Position

As a Solutions Coordinator, Apparel, you will manage the full life cycle of custom-branded apparel orders, ensuring smooth execution from client request to final delivery. He will serve as a central point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every order meets expectations and quality, timing, and customization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, product management, or related field.
• 2 plus years in customer service, order processing, are related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and order management systems.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Collaborative mindset with problem solving abilities.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, deadline driven environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and apparel, merchandising, or promotional products as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client orders and inquiries through the apparel inbox.
• Create and update job orders based on client specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare product and pricing decks for custom apparel request.
• Monitor order progress, conduct audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support cross functional collaboration to meet quality control and delivery standards.
