Ontra is currently seeking a Solutions Consultant, reporting to our Senior Vice President of Customer Success, to join our growing Customer Success team. The role is a great opportunity for a mid-level corporate associate who's looking to pivot into legal tech. You'll serve as the go-to expert on our suite of products for customers during the onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring that our customers' needs are thoroughly understood and met, and ultimately, enhancing their experience and confidence in Ontra and our solutions.
