The Solutions Consultant will work as an internal subject matter expert during the sales process, collaborating with sales reps, marketing, and product teams. This role involves conducting customer discovery, creating meeting strategies, and implementing demo systems. The consultant will be responsible for providing creative solutions for customer business objectives and system needs, managing the design and implementation of custom solutions for client demos, and delivering system presentations for all Suvoda products. Additionally, the consultant will provide pre-sales support, present the features and benefits of Suvoda technologies, and understand the eClinical space and how Suvoda's products fit within the industry. The role may require travel to client meetings, demos, and conferences, including after-hours and weekend travel as necessary.

  • Work as internal subject matter expert during the sales process, collaborating with sales reps, marketing, and product teams
  • Conduct customer discovery and create meeting strategy with sales reps, including identifying win themes and study-specific design considerations
  • Implement and maintain demo systems with internal teams
  • Provide creative solutions for a customer's business objectives and system needs
  • Manage the design and implementation of any custom solutions in support of client demos/meetings
  • Develop and deliver system presentations and demonstrations for all Suvoda products
  • Provide pre-sales support for potential customers
  • Clearly present the features, benefits, and value of all Suvoda technologies
  • Understand the eClinical space on a broader level and how Suvoda's products fit in the industry
  • Provide sales support at industry conferences
  • Travel to client meetings, demos, and conferences, including after-hours and on weekends, as necessary
  • At least 1-2 years experience in eClinical or related field
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
