As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a key driver of C2FO’s Dynamic Supply Chain Finance (DSCF) and Receivable Finance offerings, blending deep trade finance knowledge with consultative expertise to accelerate client success. You will act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, designing innovative financing solutions, guiding go-to-market strategies, and ensuring seamless execution. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong trade finance background, experience in pre-sales or solution consulting, and a passion for translating complex client needs into actionable, revenue-driving solutions.

  • Solution Design & Advisory
  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements, understanding client objectives and designing tailored SCF and Receivable Finance solutions that balance product capabilities, regulatory compliance, and operational feasibility.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable product strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Thought Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise
  • Serve as a Trade Finance SME, advising internal stakeholders on market trends, product strategy, and competitive positioning.
  • Educate clients on product features, implementation approaches, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, Security, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and business outcomes.
  • Support commercial teams by identifying growth opportunities and refining solution frameworks for enterprise and SME clients.
  • Sales Enablement & Proposal Development
  • Create scalable sales enablement assets, including playbooks, demos, and solution templates, to improve deal velocity.
  • Develop and present business cases, proposals, and solution overviews that articulate clear value propositions.
  • Operational Handoff & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to continuously refine solutions and pre-sales strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, product strategy, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience in Trade Finance, specifically Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Receivable Finance.
  • Strong understanding of client needs, including legal, regulatory, accounting, and credit considerations in Trade Finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, solve complex problems, and drive results in cross-functional settings.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience analyzing data to inform decisions.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Experience in commercial and legal negotiations with funders, partners, or clients.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance, AML, and liability considerations for Trade Finance products.
  • Direct experience working with enterprise and SME clients, including C-level stakeholders.
