What you'll own: As a Solution Consultant at LoanPro, you are the strategic architect of the deal. You sit at the intersection of business value and technical innovation, helping the world’s most forward-thinking financial institutions reimagine their lending lifecycle. Your mission is to move beyond features and functions to sell the "Art of the Possible." You will translate complex API-first architecture into tangible ROI, acting as the bridge between our high-growth GTM teams, our Implementation teams, and our world-class Product organization. You will demonstrate the business value of our products and reassure prospects that LoanPro is the right solution for them.

Requirements

  • Experience with demonstrating complex enterprise software in a sales cycle to a mixed audience including C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry, including the lending lifecycle of origination, underwriting, servicing, collections, payments, and loan operations.
  • Developed product expertise in an enterprise software package
  • Experience with banking industry software applications
  • 4+ years prior experience in a solutions consulting role within the enterprise application space.
  • A Bachelors degree in finance, engineering, or other technical discipline; a Masters degree is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of presentation, documentation, and spreadsheet analysis tools, as well as technology to demonstrate software.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at a lending technology, loan origination/servicing software, or core banking vendor.
  • Familiarity with key fintech platforms and their competitive positioning (e.g., nCino, Finastra, FIS, FiServ, LoanPro, Nortridge, or similar).
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales qualification frameworks.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where the playbook is still being written.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business challenges
  • Demonstrate LoanPro’s application to prospects
  • Build value cases identifying the financial benefit and return on investment into LoanPro
  • Build solution maps identifying how LoanPro will fit into the prospect’s IT architecture
  • Pass on requirements to Solution Architects so they can build Statements of Work for implementation of LoanPro’s application
  • Assist account executives in crafting deal strategies and advise LoanPro revenue operations teams as they price deals
  • Assist account executives and sales leadership in forecasting opportunities
  • Engage with product marketing to build high quality sales presentation materials
  • Engage with the product team to ensure the roadmap reflects evolving customer requirements
  • Occasionally work with sales enablement and rev ops teams to ensure LoanPro has world class sales processes
