About The Position

This role is critical for bridging the gap between technical solutions and business outcomes, helping clients understand and adopt advanced technology and security offerings. The Solutions Consultant partners closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful demonstrations, articulate solution value, and provide subject matter expertise. You will engage with executives and technical stakeholders, translating complex infrastructure and security concepts into clear business benefits. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep digital banking and fintech knowledge, and can influence decision-making across client organizations. This is a high-impact position with substantial travel, offering opportunities to shape strategy and drive adoption across clients and markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology with a focus on technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven expertise in authentication, KYC/AML, firewalls, connectivity, communications security, encryption, fraud mitigation, and data protection frameworks.
• Experience delivering technically accurate demonstrations that clearly articulate business value to executive and technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, API-driven architectures, SaaS delivery, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, FFIEC).
• Ability to influence C-suite executives, IT leaders, and risk stakeholders while bridging technical, regulatory, and business conversations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), RFP response platforms, and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Willingness to travel 50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of technology and security solutions, ensuring consistent messaging internally and externally.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations for diverse audiences, including executive briefings and technical deep dives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, reviewing documentation, guiding teams, and ensuring accuracy across solutions.
• Partner with sales and product teams to define deal strategy, scope opportunities, and support development of Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Craft precise responses to client questions and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), maintaining up-to-date solution content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales, marketing, and delivery objectives while enhancing solution positioning.
• Stay current with digital banking trends, cloud-native architectures, and security technologies to provide informed guidance.
