The manager's expertise and mentorship are crucial in keeping the team informed about the latest cyber threats and ensuring they are equipped to provide the best solutions to customers. In this role, the Solutions Consultant Manager will guide and develop their team to define innovative technical solutions that secure customers' key business imperatives. This includes championing Palo Alto Networks' industry leadership in on-premises, cloud, and security operations services, thereby establishing the company as the preferred cybersecurity partner for its customers. The manager will also play a key role in nurturing talent within the team and providing valuable feedback to the product management team regarding new feature requests and product improvements based on insights gained from customer interactions.
