Our Solutions Consultants must have a strong blend of business and technical skills and a solid ability to demonstrate New Relic's solutions and business value to a broad spectrum of audiences from IT to business. Building positive relationships as well as showcasing the capability to handle technical objections and issues throughout the client lifecycle is essential. Ultimately, the Solutions Consultant is a trusted advisor to both our internal partners and C-Level Executives. Working with the sales organization, Solutions Consultants at New Relic will utilize their technical expertise and business insight to ensure our high-value customers are able to grow their business by using the full scope of our product suite. We need our Solutions Consultants to drive New Relic’s strategic direction and vision, as well as promote new product direction on behalf of your customers.
