About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the success of Legal Services projects by identifying key requirements and developing robust SQL Server solutions. You will collaborate closely with project managers and SQL developers to ensure that the solutions not only meet client needs but also exceed their expectations. The position demands a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a detail-oriented approach. As part of a high-performing team, your efforts will drive innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading development of technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or related fields) strongly preferred
• Ability to understand complex business processes and adapt solutions to meet business needs
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative interaction with peers and stakeholders
• Experience in direct client interactions, articulating challenges and solutions clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to realign with shifting priorities
• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with SQL Server and T-SQL code
• Experience tuning T-SQL queries and optimizing database server performance
• Experience performing complex data analysis of large datasets

Responsibilities

• Distill data requirements from settlement agreements, client interactions, and other legal documents
• Analyze requirements and datasets to develop custom data processing plans for each project
• Coordinate with Client Services to ensure data sufficiency and alignment with requirements
• Assist in the development, debugging, and testing of T-SQL code
• Interface with business stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements
• Manage and prioritize assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met, communicating progress and obstacles
