About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be integral in driving customer success by enabling organizations to maximize their investment in our partner's platform. As digital transformation remains a crucial focus for business leaders, you'll leverage advanced capabilities and AI-powered automation to assist clients in rethinking their workflows. Working directly with customers, your technical expertise will guide them in software architecture and security best practices, ensuring high delivery standards that transform their operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technology-focused role, preferably in digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI/automation and change management in large organizations.
• Programming experience in languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience with BI platforms and data analytics.
• Proven track record of integrating multi-vendor IT systems using APIs.
• Solid grasp of business processes and the impact of technology on outcomes.
• Project management experience, especially with agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and strategic professional services engagements focused on automation and digital transformation.
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable, secure solutions that integrate with existing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and influence the product roadmap based on market trends.
• Act as Project/Program Manager ensuring timely delivery of deployments, training, and launches.
• Scope and position strategic professional services engagements, effectively communicating their value.
• Design and implement API integrations between the partner's platform and other enterprise systems.
• Advise customers on performance metrics and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
