About The Position

The Solutions Architect will play a critical role in designing and validating complex, multi-product enterprise solutions, ensuring they meet technical requirements while delivering clear business value. This role bridges pre-sales, engineering, and customer-facing teams to create tailored solution designs and provide consultative expertise on architecture, deployment, and best practices. You will communicate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executives, and provide guidance on implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Success in this position is measured by solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and the ability to solve complex challenges with innovative approaches. This role is ideal for a highly technical professional with deep expertise in IT systems, security, and privileged access management, ready to contribute in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture, preferably for global software vendors
• Proven experience designing and implementing PAM or secure remote access solutions in enterprise organizations
• Strong technical knowledge of BeyondTrust or similar security products, with deep expertise in at least one product area
• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Office365/M365), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and directory services (Active Directory)
• Ability to present technical concepts to a broad range of audiences, including executive stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative, holistic solutions for complex technical challenges

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with incident response, threat management, IAM systems, and ITSM/CMDB platforms is a plus
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, MCSE, CEH, ITIL) or a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field is desirable

Responsibilities

• Validate solution designs authored by Solution Engineers and develop bespoke solutions for complex enterprise engagements
• Design and architect Privileged Access Management (PAM) and secure remote access solutions, including deployment strategies, capacity planning, and high-availability configurations
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, providing consultative support, assessments, and recommendations
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Collaborate with sales and solution engineering teams to scope projects, execute proof-of-concepts, and create technical documentation
• Maintain expertise in multiple IT domains, including cloud technologies, Windows and Unix/Linux environments, virtualization, identity management, and security practices
• Identify gaps in customer environments, recommend target architectures, and propose roadmap improvements
