About The Position

The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Lead Solutions Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. The architect will define standards, improve data quality, rationalize system relationships, and ensure that all cost, asset, and application data flows are governed and aligned. This role supports annual planning, service costing, asset lifecycle decisions, and operational visibility. LeanIX knowledge is strongly preferred to ensure alignment of application metadata and lifecycle structures. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to diagnose complex data issues, and the judgment to design long-term architectural solutions rather than short-term fixes. This role will influence peers, leadership, Finance partners, Technology Management, Data Governance, and Architecture teams to ensure transparency and consistency across the TBM ecosystem.
