About The Position

Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and how to translate that into technical requirements for our customers. Our role is to provide technical leadership and guidance to users during the sales cycle to help customers, prospects and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives. As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling-yet-understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic customers around the world by building bespoke solutions that support both the deployment and integration of our projects.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in one of the below areas: Financial Services (including roles in risk, compliance, investigations, cyber threat intelligence, digital assets)
  • Global Cryptocurrency Exchange (risk, compliance, investigations)
  • Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect or Product Manager serving the Enterprise and Financial Services
  • You are comfortable working with the complex and translating to the simple to understand
  • Excellent storytelling skills and comfortable presenting to larger teams as well as both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You approach challenges with creativity and logic to problem solve
  • An interest in blockchain and are a curious technologist always looking to build upon your skillset
  • Possess a strong understanding of APIs and SQL query writing, with hands-on experience integrating and leveraging REST APIs as well as constructing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Become a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success
  • Articulate Chainalysis product offerings to prospects, ensuring they comprehend how our solutions add value to achieving their business objectives
  • Craft tailored demos and proof of values to shine the spotlight on the value of Chainalysis solutions
  • Own achieving the "technical win" during the sales cycle. Leading discovery sessions to uncover pain points and use cases all while effectively capturing client requirements
  • Design customer specific solutions and collaborate internally to address product feedback and innovative workarounds
  • Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture, API implementation and workflow design
  • Align closely with our product and engineering teams, helping prioritize feedback from the field
  • Represent Chainalysis at industry events and conferences
  • Supporting the wider Solutions Architecture team by contributing and driving internal projects
