About The Position

BigPanda is looking for a Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers succeed on their AIOps journey. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their post-sales or consulting career who came up through IT operations, is technically strong, and is excited about the intersection of ITOps and AI. You'll work alongside experienced architects and customer success teams to configure the BigPanda platform, support workflow design, and help customers build toward modern, automated IT operations. Requirements

  • Support the delivery of AIOps implementation projects — including platform configuration, integration setup, and production go-lives — with guidance from senior architects and technical leads.
  • Contribute to workflow design and architecture documentation, including integration diagrams, best practice guides, and configuration playbooks for customers in NOC/ITOps, SRE, and ITSM environments.
  • Participate in customer-facing sessions with technical stakeholders and, as you grow in the role, engage in consultative working sessions with team leads and mid-level managers to connect platform adoption to measurable operational outcomes.
  • Help customers build toward AI readiness — supporting data quality reviews, event schema cleanup, and process improvements that enable BigPanda's AI features to deliver consistent value.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that translate platform data into operational insights, helping customers connect BigPanda's impact to their key metrics and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support adoption milestones and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal SA resources — documenting learnings, refining runbooks, and sharing reusable patterns with teammates as you develop your own delivery expertise.
  • Work with Product, R&D, and Customer Support to surface implementation feedback and help resolve customer-specific technical issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to AIOps concepts or platforms
  • Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or enterprise accounts
  • ITIL certification or equivalent
