About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the modern workplace experience using Microsoft 365 and Copilot. You will design secure, efficient, and user-centered solutions that improve collaboration and productivity. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and a user-focused mindset to create an environment that fosters teamwork and innovative automation. You will be collaborating closely with IT and business teams to enhance workflows and drive digital transformation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of total IT experience, with 2–4 years focused on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering solutions across Microsoft 365, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in automation with PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, PowerApps).
• Experience improving end-user experience through design and governance.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, security, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Copilot capabilities and AI-assisted productivity solutions.
• Experience in securing Microsoft 365 environments and implementing Zero Trust principles.
• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and integrations with third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Microsoft 365 solutions, particularly focusing on Teams, Entra ID, and modern collaboration.
• Implement user-focused solutions to enhance productivity and simplify digital workflows.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Platform (including Copilot Studio).
• Architect governance, lifecycle, and adoption frameworks for Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Maintain secure identity models using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Offer strategic guidance on Copilot adoption, licensing, and integration into business processes.
• Support cross-platform migrations and modernization projects within Microsoft 365.
