Solutions Architect is the trusted Sales Engineering partner to Business Development and Account Managers, weaving solution storytelling and technology approaches into winning proposals for existing and future customers. The Solutions Architect must have significant expertise in both commercial strategy as well as process, workflow and technology in the language services space, supported by experience crafting and showcasing unique narratives through written or presentation form. The SA is responsible for the management of, development, and implementation of the solutions offering in partnership with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product.
