We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our pre-sales team and play a critical role in shaping how projects come to life at eHouse. This is a client-facing, consultative pre-sales role focused on discovery, solutioning, and scoping, not quota-carrying sales. You’ll work in close partnership with a Sales Director to lead scoping conversations, uncover business and technical requirements, and architect project approaches that set our delivery teams (and clients) up for success. You’ll be accountable for ensuring we deeply understand a merchant’s business context, goals, constraints, and technical landscape, and for translating that understanding into clear scopes of work, estimates, and delivery assumptions.
