The Solutions Architect is a senior, strategic role responsible for shaping, designing, and commercializing consulting and managed services solutions that are operationally sound, financially sustainable, and scalable across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end solution architecture lifecycle—from early opportunity assessment and requirements discovery through financial modeling, solution design, pricing validation, and final client agreement. Acting as a trusted cross-functional partner, the Solutions Architect collaborates closely with strategy, finance, operations, analytics, client success, and sales to translate complex client challenges into clear, executable, and margin-positive solutions aligned with organizational delivery capabilities. Beyond individual deals, this role plays a critical part in building repeatable offerings, standardized methodologies, and a consistent value narrative that strengthens the firm’s go-to-market effectiveness. As the organization’s solutioning expert, the Solutions Architect continuously monitors healthcare regulatory, operational, and financial trends and converts insights into enhanced offerings and strategic recommendations. As directed by leadership, the role may also serve as a subject matter expert on client engagements (up to 25% of time), based on background and experience.
