BlueConduit is hiring a Solutions Architect to guide customers through the technical aspects of onboarding to the BlueConduit platform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will work with external GIS professionals at our municipal customers to deploy our templated resources and answer questions ranging from data schema modification to security and permissions. You will be an important member on our quest to make this onboarding process more efficient by contributing to user guides and documentation, and by creating and maintaining the tools/scripts used to deploy templates. Additionally, you will be an important voice of the customer in ongoing product development and will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure our strategic roadmap aligns with customer needs. To be successful in this role, you must be able to merge technical expertise in the ESRI ArcGIS ecosystem with excellent customer relationship skills. You must be familiar with data management and no-code app building tools in ArcGIS Online and be able to understand and execute Python code in a notebook environment.
