We’re looking for a Solutions Architect with deep Webflow expertise to help customers build, launch, and grow their sites with confidence. You’ll bring your firsthand experience launching large-scale Webflow projects to inspire customers, guide them on best practices, and help them scale successfully. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences will empower teams of all sizes to see what’s possible in Webflow.

Requirements

  • Have 2–4 years of experience building and launching complex Webflow sites (freelance, agency, or in-house).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

  • Can showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates advanced CMS, animations, integrations, and performance work in Webflow.
  • Are a confident communicator who can explain technical concepts in approachable, customer-friendly ways.

  • Are proactive, organized, and capable of juggling multiple customer relationships while contributing internally to templates and tooling.

  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Webflow product expert for new and existing customers.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to accelerate time to value by guiding customers through onboarding and implementation.
  • Share best practices from your experience building large Webflow sites, including CMS architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Create reusable templates, demos, and site examples that make adopting Webflow simple and repeatable.
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Inspire confidence in customers by demonstrating Webflow’s potential in real-world use cases.
