About The Position

Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience (CE) and Power Platform solutions customized to meet the client’s business needs. Manage teams focusing on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform based solutions. Lead team in acting as an intermediary between the business and the technical community to understand business requirements and define the solution architecture required to translate business requirements into workable solutions. Lead teams in working with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver transformation engagements and solutions that will bring client’s vision and strategy to life. Oversee teams in the implementation enterprise solutions, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Lead delivery team to ensure the solutions built for clients meet their needs to help drive their success. Utilize knowledge of Microsoft solutions to accurately estimate the effort required to deploy a customized solution. Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and developers, to communicate business requirements. Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field and 8 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: system design and/or information systems.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with relational database concepts.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in implementing one or a combination of the following: Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or Power Platform, including hands-on experience with configurations and customizations.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with client-facing presentations.
  • Must have 6 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.
  • Must have 2 years of experience supporting business development efforts, in the RFP process including any combination of all the following: Response, Research, Proposal, Client Presentation, and Pricing and/or SOW drafting.
  • Requires domestic travel up to 50% to serve client needs.
