About The Position

As a Solutions Architect on the SaaS Operations team at ezCater, you will work directly with enterprise prospects and customers to customize and design technical solutions that meet their specific food for work needs. This role involves collaborating with the Enterprise Sales team to support early stage sales calls, translating technical capabilities to meet the needs of enterprise prospects. You will also engage with the Product and Technology teams to understand current product capabilities and inform product roadmaps based on customer needs. Additionally, you will support the Sales and Solutions teams in early conversations with prospective technology partners to explore technology and integration possibilities, while also working alongside Product teams to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Management, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with hands-on technology and relationship management.
  • Ability to resolve issues under pressure.
  • Understanding of how technology relates to business needs/objectives.
  • Proven experience with technology solutions and integrations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for consulting with customers and vendor partners.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders including IT, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales Teams.
  • Extensive curiosity and creativity to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Strong technical knowledge to consult with vendors and customers on technical and operational needs.
  • Operational understanding of technical integrations and ability to design innovative solutions based on partner constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Team to customize ezCater technical solutions for Enterprise customers and prospects.
  • Identify prospect pain points and design solutions using the ezCater platforms.
  • Understand current technology platform capabilities and translate them into customer solutions.
  • Work with Product Teams to identify opportunities for platform improvement and help define product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create materials that communicate technical capabilities.
  • Support Product and Sales Teams in developing commercial relationships with new technology and integration partners.
  • Identify industry trending technology partners and build partnerships as appropriate.
  • Travel to partner on-site meetings and trade shows as needed.
