About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to spearhead and lead strategic solutions for accelerating our sales in government payer and provider ecosystems, such as (e.g., CMS, DHA, VA fraud, waste, and payer initiatives). This role is ideal for a visionary technologist who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technical architecture, and client engagement. You will enable transformative solutions that address complex payer challenges, leveraging modern platforms and methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes. The expected start date for this position is December 2025.

Requirements

  • 9+ years delivering enterprise solutions, mainly in AWS (Containers and orchestration, serverless and microservices, database services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code, monitoring, and security).
  • 5+ years applying advanced automation and AI capabilities (including open-source frameworks and cloud-native tools) to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies.
  • 5+ years implementing large-scale digital modernization and integration projects, with a focus on SaaS, cloud-native architecture, and AI-driven solutions.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with DevSecOps, open-source solutions, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • 5+ years demonstrated ability to move between tactical and strategic conversations with technical, business, and mission leadership.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
  • Experience designing, architecting, and implementing fraud, waste, and payer solutions for CMS or similar environments, leveraging open source and cloud-native tools.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian) as part of broader solution architectures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or Information Systems. A Master's Degree in a similar field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that enable digital transformation and secure integrations for CMS fraud, waste, and payer solutions.
  • Lead solutioning sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and propose optimal architectures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations tailored to technical and executive audiences.
  • Architect scalable IT modernization solutions using open source, low code/no code, AI, agile frameworks, and advanced security tools.
  • Oversee technical oversight, architecture, and engineering efforts for innovation projects.
  • Develop effective governance, mentor technical resources, and ensure program delivery success by monitoring quality, security, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to create compelling technical and business proposals, including implementation plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
