About The Position

The Solutions Architect – M365 Endpoint will analyze, design, and implement Microsoft endpoint management solutions and related products for our company’s end customers and partners. They will also serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading services within our customers’ and partners’ environments. This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Requirements

• Proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Endpoint solutions
• Creation of script-based solutions to meet customer needs in PowerShell and Bash (Windows, Mac)

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or relevant work experience in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and migrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Create technical roadmaps and design documents for Microsoft Intune implementations, optimizations, and tenant to tenant migrations
• Execute implementation plans and configure customer and partner environments according to design specifications.
• Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and workshops, overseeing the work of other project team members and being accountable for the outcome of the project.
• Collaborate with other Microsoft delivery teams on projects involving other workstreams such mail migrations and security implementations.
• Document best practices related to technology and processes for future reference by delivery team members.
• Collaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentations.
