About The Position

We are looking for a Solutions Architect with integrations expertise to fill a customer-facing, non-coding technical role. You will own integrations from scope to design, accelerating sales and informing product development. This position is remote-friendly and can be based in various locations across the US, including NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle. You will be the technical front door for integrations, joining customer calls with Sales, scoping solutions with Engineering, and establishing lightweight audit practices to ensure reliable integrations as we scale.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years as an IC in Solutions Architecture / Sales Engineering / Integration Consulting at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven sales presence and comfort leading discovery and whiteboarding on sales calls.
  • Demonstrated ownership of API-based integrations end-to-end without writing code.
  • Strong grasp of integration fundamentals: REST/GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth2/OIDC/SAML SSO.
  • Ability to read and reason about technical artifacts and validate assumptions with tools like Postman/Insomnia.
  • Excellent written deliverables including solution design docs and acceptance criteria.
  • High EQ and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience integrating enterprise-grade ERPs (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday).
  • Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID and GCP/Azure services relevant to integrations.
  • Exposure to procurement/finance stacks: Coupa/Ariba, CLM, Intake, ITSM, and data warehouses.
  • Experience partnering with engineers to size work and define SLIs/SLOs for integrations.
  • RFP/security questionnaire and SOC 2-minded design experience.
  • Built repeatable integration templates/playbooks and sales enablement assets.
  • Startup/high-growth background serving mid-market and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Join sales calls to whiteboard architectures and answer integration questions.
  • Scope new integrations end-to-end, defining requirements, data flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Produce crisp handoffs to Engineering and clear updates to Sales/Customer teams.
  • Specify auth patterns, retries/idempotency, rate-limit strategies, data mapping, and observability expectations.
  • Build reference architectures, scoping templates, and FAQs to streamline future engagements.
