About The Position

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for supporting both Research & Development (R&D) and Engineering teams with tools such as Product Data Management (PDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems. Additionally, this role will provide architectural and technical support to Maintenance teams through the implementation and management of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering innovation and operational reliability.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 8+ years in directly related function.
  • Proven experience with PDM, PLM, CAD systems and CMMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and integration strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong experience in business process design and workflows.
  • Ability to develop system requirements and define system strategies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively suggest and drive implementation of improvements and optimizations.

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Architect and maintain integrations for PDM, PLM, and CAD tools to support R&D and Engineering workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and support for CMMS platforms used by Maintenance teams.
  • Participates in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), tests and validates various system programs and/or software to support quality control practices.
  • Supports the refinement of internal processes and procedures.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and lifecycle management for engineering and maintenance tools.
  • Create design documents, perform impact analysis for application changes and work on project delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Ensure system compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and license transitions for supported platforms.
  • Support predictive maintenance initiatives and MES-based CMMS use cases.
  • Develops the relationships within IT and the business needed to facilitate completion of tasks.
  • Develops a detailed understanding of supported functional areas.
  • Accountable for assigned tasks within results-based project plans and meeting timelines for detailed tasks and deliverables.
  • Supports the development of business cases.
  • Researches and recommends upgrades or replacements for tools, methods, and technology and helps coordinate upgrades of complex applications.
  • Serves as an initial point of contact for analysis and resolution of complex problems.
  • Provides guidance and helps identify opportunities for growth for less experienced associates.
  • Has in-depth knowledge across assigned business areas to provide requirements to applications support in a manner that conveys detail and understanding of our systems and business needs.
  • Participates in RD&E technology roadmap management along with business partners.
  • Partner with business counterparts to own and manage the Plant Maintenance Management technology roadmap for the enterprise CMMS tool set.
