About The Position
A Solutions Analyst acts as a conduit between our company and our clients. Their primary objective is to identify our clients' needs and determine how the client will use the systems or software they are reviewing or have purchased. They ensure that our team has a clear understanding of the client's needs so that the correct resources are allocated and configured appropriately. Solutions Analysts assist external clients in the demonstration, implementation, and support of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. They evaluate client needs, demonstrate solutions, develop configurations, and provide support to customer business processes. Additionally, they may be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations, provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals, configure and test solutions, and support completed implementations through troubleshooting issues or identifying solutions to new problems or business challenges.
