About The Position

A Solutions Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions that improve systems, processes, or products. They collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain analysis.
• Experience developing pricing models for direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment operations.
• Strong understanding of pick and pack cost structures and operational cost drivers.
• Familiarity with warehouse storage pricing models, including pallet, bin, and unit storage methodologies.
• Working knowledge of shipping and parcel cost structures, including carrier pricing considerations.
• Experience supporting or developing RFP pricing models for logistics or fulfillment services.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and analysis.
• Experience with pivot tables, complex formulas, and scenario modeling.
• Ability to build and maintain cost allocation and financial analysis models.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work with development and IT teams to design and implement system solutions.
• Create documentation such as process flows, use cases, and solution designs.
• Participate in testing activities, including creating test cases and validating system functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend enhancements or fixes.
• Support implementation, deployment, and change management activities.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and solution impacts to stakeholders.
