About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Solutions Analyst to play a pivotal role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs, ensuring optimal solution delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing business requirements, customer pain points, and market dynamics to design, recommend, and implement tailored solutions based on Apex Fintech Solutions’ platform and services. This is an opportunity for someone with a mix of technical expertise, consultative prowess, and financial industry acumen to make an impact by empowering our clients to achieve efficiency, scalability, and differentiation in their businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
  • 3+ years of prior work experience; experience in business analysis, technical consulting, or related roles in the custody and clearing or fintech industries preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of fintech platforms, trading software, and cloud infrastructure specific to financial institutions.
  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas across stakeholders, from technical teams to executive-level clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a strategic focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Knowledge of emerging fintech trends and a strong desire to stay ahead in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Apex Fintech Solutions’ products, services, and capabilities to align client needs with tailored solutions.
  • Analyze complex business requirements across varied industries (e.g., technology companies, financial institutions, etc.) and provide recommendations to optimize the integration of Apex solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to position Apex’s offerings uniquely for various buyer personas.
  • Translate client goals and challenges into actionable plans for Apex’s technical and product teams.
  • Design scalable solutions that address organizational pain points while factoring in implementation feasibility and long-term impacts.
  • Actively engage in client meetings as a strategic partner, leading discussions around Apex’s value proposition and aiding technical/scoping assessments.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitors to identify opportunities to enhance Apex’s solution offerings.
  • Partner with sales engineering, implementation teams, and customer success resources to create seamless client experiences from onboarding through go-live.
  • Support end-to-end solution delivery to ensure smooth implementation across various client verticals.
