About The Position
The Solutions Analyst at SimpliGov is responsible for assisting customers in their digital transformation journeys by collecting business requirements, designing and configuring automated workflows, and mentoring project teams. This role requires a good understanding of SaaS and enterprise IT, as well as the ability to creatively transform manual processes into automated solutions. The position involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
