NISA Investment Advisors, LLC (NISA) is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join our Portfolio Management team. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are bright, motivated, and eager to contribute to our growing team of professionals. NISA specializes in providing customized investment solutions for both tax-exempt and taxable institutional clients, managing over $274 billion in fixed income and equity securities, along with over $164 billion in derivative notional value. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of independent thinking, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. In this role, you will support the Portfolio Management team by leveraging various tools to enhance and optimize trading and asset management practices. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology, developing solutions for monitoring investment strategies, attributing portfolio performance, and integrating analytical models into the portfolio management process. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of the financial markets and the investment management process through both formal and informal training, including direct collaboration with senior members of the Portfolio Management team. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing ad hoc analysis and developing rapid response solutions to problems or processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups from other departments, including IT, Operations, and Client Services, to design long-term solutions that deliver new capabilities to the Portfolio Management team.
