The Impact of a Solutions Advisor at Coupa: As a Solutions Advisor, your expertise will be a driving force in Coupa’s mission to empower businesses with world-class Cloud Spend Management (CSM) solutions. You will play a critical role in the pre-sales process by providing technical and functional guidance, ensuring prospects understand how Coupa’s platform can meet and exceed their unique business needs. Your ability to deliver tailored platform demonstrations, IT workshops, and training will showcase the transformative power of Coupa’s solutions, while your proficiency in crafting RFPs, statements of work, and impactful presentations will build confidence and trust with our prospects. By leveraging your experience, you will position Coupa as the partner of choice for companies seeking to revolutionize their spend management strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in systems applications selling or implementation
  • Source-to-Pay or eProcurement experience is desired
  • Expense Management experience is a plus
  • Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software
  • Previous solution consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Ariba, Ivalua, Concur, NetSuite, Great Plains, Oracle, SAP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical and functional expertise during the sales process.
  • Demonstrate how Coupa’s TSM platform can meet and exceed the business need of our prospects.
  • Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate architect integration.
  • RFP assistance, Platform Demonstrations, IT Workshops, Statement of Work Creations, Training, Presentations, and Document Creation.
  • Subject matter expert that can provide valuable sales insights to their salespeople and prospects.
  • Managing accounts where up to 25% of your time might include travel.
  • Help to grow Coupa as the leader in Cloud Management space.
  • Provide Platform Demonstrations, IT Workshops and various trainings
  • This role would be primarily to support New Business and Customer Growth opportunities and renewal, however at some point there may be needs to help with Reseller/Partner/Alliance sales and marketing opportunities or enablement.
