The Solutions Advisor is a consultative seller who generates right-fit revenue by deeply understanding a prospect's business, their RevOps challenges, and how Unlimited's ecosystem of solutions can transform their results. This is not a transactional sales role. You operate at the intersection of sales and solutions consulting. You sell and scope services across the Unlimited platform, HubSpot implementations, custom integrations, AI-powered workflows, and partner tool solutions. You work alongside BDRs who contribute to the pipeline and RevOps admins who keep the systems sharp, a collaborative setup that lets the whole team stay focused on what they do best. You approach every conversation through a diagnostic lens: listening deeply, uncovering pain, and designing solutions that create lasting value. You win by being the most knowledgeable, most helpful person in the room, not by pitching.
