As an Account Manager at Adobe, you will provide focus on Adobe's Commerce solution by managing a portfolio of customers in the Enterprise space. In addition, you can expect to be working very closely with the respective Account Executives, Marketing, Consulting, and Renewals Specialists to develop new value propositions, build awareness, and reveal new growth opportunities.   • Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Adobe Commerce customers in the Enterprise space.
  • Be the default relationship owner between Adobe and experience business in the account.
  • Be responsible for retention, development, and up-selling of focused accounts.
  • Close renewal and expansion business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Engage Customers in regular business reviews to ensure adoption, marketing maturity advancement, and during customer concerns to drive rapid resolution.
  • Establish and grow relationships with executive sponsors and decision makers.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions.
  • A minimum of 5 years' prior customer success, account management, or sales experience from a high-tech (SaaS) company.
  • Experience and abilities in customer success as well as retention/renewal, upsell, and general sales.
  • Solid executive presence and comfortable talking to a Fortune 100 CFO, CEO, CDO, CIO, or CTO.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Commerce or similar ecommerce solutions.
  • Experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.
  • Led projects from conception to closure and have experience using internal resources to get things done.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and aligning with multiple additional stakeholders and influencers within Adobe.
  • Experience running a full sales cycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Competitive salary range of $135,200 -- $234,100 annually.
  • Total target compensation includes base salary and commission for sales roles.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans for sales roles.
  • Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
