We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Recruiting Solution Value Advisor (SVA) to join our global Adoption Office. This role is critical in driving adoption of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, sustained value realization, and successful renewals. As a Solution Value Advisor, you will apply a strategic, consulting-oriented mindset to help customers bridge the gap between their recruiting business needs, SAP SuccessFactors product capabilities, and how those solutions are implemented and adopted over time. You will work closely with customer stakeholders to translate recruiting strategy into actionable adoption plans, while collaborating across SAP teams to ensure customers achieve their intended business outcomes. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client-facing advisory positions, combining strong recruiting domain expertise with exceptional communication skills, and are passionate about helping customers maximize the value of their technology investments.
