About The Position
The Solution Support Consultant - Mass Spectrometry at Roche is a seasoned professional responsible for providing remote end-to-end support for Roche Diagnostics lab solutions, particularly focusing on the cobas® Mass Spec. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues related to analytics, middleware, workflow, and IT, while also maintaining and improving the quality system to achieve quality objectives.
