Upon successful completion of the training, you will transition into a Solutions Support Associate role within a major sales market. In this position, you will work collaboratively within a team environment to develop and document customer requirements, solution designs, service configurations, and project scopes of work. You will also support field Solutions Engineering teams in identifying and developing additional revenue opportunities, providing education and support to customers, and assisting in the implementation of technical solutions.
